Family Photography History

There are several photographers in my family. It all started with my great grandfather, Frank Barnes... He maintained a photography business even through the hardest economic times in the US. Here are some cool, vintage photos of his.

This first one is an "economical" way of advertising your business during the depression.

 Handmade advertisement for his photo novelties.  My great grandma Hazel colored black and white portraits by hand for her husband.  What an interesting way to make colored photos!
